  • In reading Chapter 2 of Fenton & Lee, think about the audience of the site you are analyzing for assignment one? What would you ask them in an interview about the usability and design of the site?
  • In reading Chapter 1 of Krug, do you have anything you frequently use something badly designed online that frustrates you? What is it? Why does it frustrate you?
  • In reading Eyman’s piece, what does “digital rhetoric” mean? How does he see it used in digital texts?
